Lansing Redbirds 18U- 9 Seminoles- 8

The Hammond Seminoles (4-1) were led offensively by Corey Rusboldt (Chesterton, 3 hits, 3 runs, a double and a triple), Brandon Barnes (Andrean, 2 hits), Jaylen Yarbrough (Bishop Noll, 2 hits), Larry Crisler (Bishop Noll, 2 hits), Dave Hladek (Munster, 2 runs scored), Jonathan Azar (Munster, 2 RBI) and Brandon Roeske (Chesterton, 2 hits, 2 RBI and a double). Seminoles pitching combined to walk 6 and hit 3 batters. 

Game 2

North Renegades 18U- 15 Seminoles- 10

The Noles (4-2) scored all 10 of their runs after the 3rd inning thanks in part to 3 hit performances by Larry Crisler (Bishop Noll, 2 doubles and 2 runs) and Austin Vander Zanden (Chesterton, 1 double and 2 runs). Other offensive contributors for Hammond included Corey Rusboldt (Chesterton, 2 runs and 2 RBI), Alex Vode (Andrean, 2 runs), Rob Long (Andrean, 2 hits), Frank Podkul (Andrean, 2 hits) and Jaylen Yarbrough (Bishop Noll, 2 stolen bases). Hammond pitchers again walked 6 and hit 2 batters.
