INDIANA CHIEFS 14U MAKES THE MOST OF FIVE HITS IN 4-2 VICTORY OVER JAYHAWKS

Indiana Chiefs 14U and Jayhawks each put runners in scoring position on Monday, but Indiana Chiefs 14U capitalized on more RBI opportunities, pulling out a 4-2 win at South Holland.

Jayhawks had six hits compared with Indiana Chiefs 14U's five, but Jayhawks stranded six runners on base.

Indiana Chiefs 14U staved off Jayhawks as Jayhawks was unable to match Indiana Chiefs 14U down the stretch.

Jayhawks scored on an error in the fifth inning and a groundout by Luke Podgorny in the sixth inning. Despite its efforts, Jayhawks couldn't finish the comeback.
